What does “first 25 bookings” mean?
The offer is limited to the first 25 qualifying bookings, once they’re claimed, the promotion closes.

A minimum 4-night stay is required.
Offer for eligible travel dates is as follows: 4-night stays: $90 off per night in a cabana, $180 off per night in a 2-bedroom villas and $270 off per night in a 3-bedroom villas; 5-night and more stays: $125 off per night in a cabana, $300 off per night in a 2-bedroom villas and $400 off per night in a 3-bedroom villas. Employees, owners (including immediate family members), and affiliates of Laru Beya Resort are not eligible to participate. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. One (1) prize will be awarded. This prize consists of a 4 night / 5 day stay for two adults and two children ages 0–17 years at Laru Beya Resort, located on the Placencia Peninsula, Belize with the Belize Unplugged giveaway. This giveaway includes a four (4) night stay at Laru Beya Resort in a Two Bedroom Suite along with local in-country (Belize) group ground transfer to the resort (a custom All Inclusive Package). The approximate retail value of this vacation is $5,741.92 USD for stays between June 1, 2027 – September 30, 2027. Not open to solo travelers. International airfare is NOT included in this prize. Specialty tours, add-ons & activities at Laru Beya Resort are not included in this prize. Wine and premium liquor are not included. Dates are based on availability at Laru Beya Resort. Our resort policies apply to all guests and include, but are not limited to: cancellation policy, occupancy restrictions/availability, global pandemic and booking policy; except as noted here: the winner will not be allowed to reschedule dates if original dates are canceled due to any circumstances. The winner & traveling companions are responsible for understanding Belize International Airport entry requirements for adults and children. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 5, 2026. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within three (3) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution to any other package will be allowed. This prize is based on a four-guest stay. Should fewer guests travel, the package value remains unchanged and no credit or substitution will be issued. Laru Beya Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Laru Beya Resort’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Giveaway, as determined by its sole discretion. By participating, where allowable by law, entrant grants Laru Beya Resort and affiliate companies the worldwide right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the World Wide Web, social media, participant’s entry, name, picture, and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation. If Laru Beya Resort is unable to contact the prospective Prize Winner within three (3) days from first notification attempt, if the prospective Prize Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the prospective Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prospective Prize Winner shall be selected. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, offered by Laru Beya Resort.
Release:
By receipt of any Prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Laru Beya Resort and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Giveaway or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Giveaway, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
